A part of Raffles’ history since 1892, Tiffin Room continues to serve up delectable North Indian cuisine for lunch and dinner, offering authentic specialties served in tiffin boxes, presenting an interactive dining experience with tableside service by chefs, complete with freshly ground spices to enhance the occasion.

Design

The restored interior décor includes reinstating the wooden floorboards in Tiffin Room to bring back features from the early 1900s based on research by our heritage consultants.

The Chairman’s Room

Nestled in the walls of The Grand Lobby, discover a new private dining enclave specially made for intimate celebrations. This discreet ten-seater dining room plays host to a series of specially curated dining experiences from Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Inspired by Sir Stamford Raffles’ love for botany, The Chairman’s Room is thoughtfully adorned with emerald green hues, complemented with paintings and the original Chandelier previously housed in Sir Stamford Raffles’ Presidential Suite before our second restoration. The Chairman’s Room is encapsulated by warm earth tones; fully embracing Sir Stamford Raffles’ great passion as a naturalist while melding the continuity of Victorian architecture, a signature of Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Delivering a serene space for a dining experience like no other, The Chairman’s Room brings forth a unique destination well-suited for an array of intimate get-togethers and events such as hosting family and cherished ones, birthdays, and celebrations of milestones.
