Regional Hawker Showcase at Raffles Courtyard
3 July to 8 October 2024

Embark on a street food journey with the first-ever regional hawker showcase at Raffles Courtyard, which will spotlight four Southeast Asian culinary heroes.

Each regional hawker has been carefully selected in partnership with local food company Makansutra and its founder, KF Seetoh. Spanning four instalments, these hawkers will serve their specialty dishes in the lush alfresco setting of Raffles Courtyard with each instalment exclusively available for one week, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily.

The second instalment continues from 7 to 13 August 2024 with Madam Ho Thi Tha from Vietnam. Her specialty dish, Bahn Khoai is a Vietnamese crispy savoury pancake dish, lusciously laced with locally procured fresh ingredients such as, shrimp, squid, fish, and minced pork atop crispy, leady greens. Each Bahn Khoai is accompanied by a piquant fish sauce specially sourced in Vietnam, a genuine embodiment of food made from the heart.

Citrus Afternoon Tea

Bask in an assortment of refreshing creations, encapsulating the tropical flavours of six unique citrus varieties from the newly-introduced Citrus Afternoon Tea at The Grand Lobby. Raffles Hotel Singapore invites guests to explore an aromatic spectrum of citrus flavours, featuring kaffir lime, pink pomelo, cedrat, finger lime, and yuzu sourced from across Asia, Australia, and France. Artfully curated by Executive Pastry Chef Tai Chien Lin, savour an inventive combination of each citrus element masterfully woven into an opulent spread of citrus-infused desserts, paired alongside well-loved savoury creations and home-baked scones.
