Raffles Hotel Singapore - Luxury hotel - Tiffin Room

Tiffin Room

A part of Raffles’ history since 1892, Tiffin Room presents a delectable semi-buffet breakfast with local and international a la carte selections, complemented by a variety of pastries, cold cuts and cheese, as well as salads and fruits. Tiffin Room will also continue to serve up delectable North Indian cuisine for lunch and dinner, offering authentic specialties served in tiffin boxes, presenting an interactive dining experience with tableside service by chefs, complete with freshly ground spices to enhance the occasion. The restored interior décor includes reinstating the wooden floorboards in Tiffin Room to bring back features from the early 1900s based on research by our heritage consultants.

In celebration of Holi, the Indian festival of colours, Chef Kuldeep has prepared a special buffet from 2 to 10 March in lieu of the regular menu. Partake in the celebrations with a full line up of North Indian favourites, including a wide selection of delightful vegetarian dishes, and live stations presenting popular Indian street food. Savour delicacies such as Paneer Butter Masala, Kadhai Murgh, Goan Fish Curry and Murgh Biryani, alongside toothsome desserts like Rasmalai, Boondi Ladoo, and Pista Gujia.
